Students are required to attached student declaration form signed by
the department director during online registration.

A registration confirmation letter will be sent
to you via e-mail on receipt of the payment.
Registration fees excludes 18% TAX/GST/VAT and
applicable Bank Payment Gateway Charges
Welcome reception (Monday late afternoon 7th September), morning & afternoon tea and lunches for
the duration of the conference, conference dinner (Wednesday evening 9th September)
If you would like to bring an additional guest to the Conference Dinner, please get in touch with
the Conference Manager by sending an email to ovgu@iapmfp.org. Additional dinner invitations cost 120 EUR +
VAT
per guest.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (including your name and reference/registration number) and sent to ovgu@iapmfp.orgFor cancellations made on or before 31 May 2026, a refund of 90% of the registration fee will be provided, after deducting payment gateway charges and administrative fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after 1 June 2026.
Further, a replacement from the same institute/company is permitted if the registered person is unable to travel.
